SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food industry, particularly canned meat and vegetables production. Preserves are produced by beans boiling till its mass grows by 150%, grating and frying in vegetable oil, garlic blanching and grating, ginger cutting and blanching in vegetable oil, lettuce and green onion cutting and freezing, pork cutting, mixing of the listed components with table salt, red pepper and allspice without contact to oxygen, packaging of the obtained mix with drinking water, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: obtaining preserves with higher assimilability.
