FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting and frying chicken fillets in vegetable oil, cutting and sauteeing onions in vegetable oil. Ginger is grated and sauteed in vegetable oil, garlic is grated and sauteed in vegetable oil. Chili is cut and blanched, bunching onion and greenstuffs are cut and frozen. Rice is boiled up to 150% increase in mass, salted sprat fillets are chopped, the above components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt and white pepper. The obtained mix and drinking water are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: expanding range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of new canned food, increasing its digestibility.
