FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food industry. Tinned food is prepared as follows. Onions and bitter pepper are diced and blanched. Cherry plum and garlic are blanched and rubbed. Parsley, dill and coriander greens are sliced and frozen. Beef is diced. Rice is cooked to double weight. Thereafter all listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with table salt, khmeli-suneli and bay leaf. Prepared mixture is packed up with bone broth, tinned and sterilised.
EFFECT: reception of the canned food of improved digestibility.
