FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by onion and bitter pepper cutting, blanching; garlic blanching and grinding; parsley, dill and coriander cutting and freezing; beef cutting, rice boiling to double-size volume. The said ingredients are mixed up with pomegranate juice, table salt, khmeli-suneli and bay leaf salt without oxygen access. Produced mixture and bone cook water are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: high digestibility.
