METHOD OF SELECTION PATIENTS FOR THE MANEUVER OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING OF THE HEART TO DETERMINE THE CAUSES OF DEVELOPMENT OF ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/55 A61B5/27 A61B5/145

Abstract RU 2644310 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used in selecting patients to procedure of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). For this purpose, a clinical anamnestic and laboratory-instrumental examination of patients is performed and a complex of diagnostic signs is revealed. Symptoms include: heart pain that occurs and persists at rest / under physical exertion for 20 minutes or more, accompanied by a diagnostically significant increase in cardiac-specific enzymes, intact coronary arteries or coronary artery stenosis of 50 % or less, and confirmed by invasive coronary angiography.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the diagnostic accuracy of MRI of heart in this category of patients by selecting certain evaluation criteria.
