FIELD: textile; paper; ironing.
SUBSTANCE: water reservoir (3) is equipped with filling port (5) at rear side of iron so that to fill reservoir (3) in when iron is tilted forward. Reservoir contains air duct loop with one end projecting rear side of reservoir (3). The other end communicating with ambient air is located in upper part of iron. Air duct includes pipe (12) of minor cross section having outlet at rear upper part of iron and extended by hollow end element (15) of larger cross section being directed downward and provided with opening in its lower part.
EFFECT: more conform in use due to water flowing from reservoir in different functional position of iron.
