FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: sensitive element consists of piezoelectric plate containing generated not less than one interdigital transducer of surface acoustic waves, and not less than one reflecting pattern. Within reflecting pattern areas there are additionally provided grooves not parallel to reflecting patterns. Grooves are crossed with reflecting patterns and can contain through holes, and interlacing shrinkages and expansions.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of angular speed measurement.
