FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed nano-calorimeter for researching mitochondria contains a means for ensuring the alignment of syringes and calorimetric chambers in the form of a movable platform, on which a body is mounted combining the syringes with a temperature sensor mounted thereon and a temperature regulator actuator in the form of a Peltier thermoelectric converter, which is provided with a heat exchanger included in the cooling circuit of the thermostating shell.
EFFECT: improving the performance characteristics of a nano-calorimeter by eliminating labour-intensive operations for refilling a dispensing syringe with repeated introduction of a mitochondrial supplement into a calorimetric chamber.
