SUBSTANCE: in the method of data transmission speed control, designed for data transmission speed control of an upstream communication line dedicated channel, the radio network controller notifies the mobile station of the main admissible data transmission speed in the upstream communication line dedicated channel, during the call establishing. After the call is established and before absolute allotment channel is seized, the data transmission speed for the mobile station is configured so that it is less or equal to main admissible data transmission speed value. Then, data transmission speed in the upstream communication line dedicated channel is configured on the basis of the data transmission speed value, indicated by the absolute allotment channel, assigned by the base radio station, instead of main admissible data transmission speed, when the absolute allotment channel is seized.
EFFECT: decrease of transmission delay time.
