FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: abdominal cavity binding provides at least three walls. Walls lie above one another. End adjacent walls are arranged using binding blocks. Each block consists of line arranged inside pillow from one side and overlay on the other side, respective wall over arranged overlay binding them. Arrangement, disassembly and P-shaped cutting devices are used. Pillows and overlays of binding block are self-decomposed within period of incision or rupture healing. Pillow of binding block is square plate with two one-sided crosscut parallel T-shaped racks symmetrical to one side. From sides of each T-shaped rack horizontal symmetric plate-type flanges are provided. Flanges form tables of width equal to three thicknesses and of length equal to 1/3 rack lengths. Table spacing is 1/3 rack lengths. There is notch between tables in rack of depth from upper plane of tables equal to 5/4 pillow rack thickness. One set of tables' cross-section end faces and pillow plate end faces end faces are provided with lead-in cross-section backfalls from rack side of side length 0.5 mm and angle 30° of table plane. Spacing between pillow plate and pillow rack table is total thickness of bonded wall of abdominal cavity or blood vessel and overlay in binding point. Binding block overlay is square in size of binding block pillow with two hollows symmetric to parallel sides. Hollows are one-sided rectangular trays of depth equal to total thickness of pillow rack table of length equal 4/3 pillow rack lengths and thickness of plate-type counter flanges formed on exit-juice walls of hollows in overlay plane. Width of each flange is 1/3 rack width of T-shaped rack and length is two rack lengths. Spacing between each two counter flanges is equal to rack thickness. Width between adjacent flanges from each side is 1/3 table lengths providing cross and longitudinal reciprocating motion relative to pillow rack table. Some counter flanges are attached to sidewalls of adjoining overlay hollows. Fillets between hollows in end face parts of overlay in plate plane contain formed semicylindrical, one end face shifted overlays that provide symmetric arrangement relative to end faces of counter flanges. In the bottom of each tray there are cuts longitudinal symmetrically to their end faces, of width equal to overlay rack thickness and of length equal rack length, and cuts are symmetric to flanges of overlay hollows.
EFFECT: higher possible mechanisation of adjoining walls binding providing arrangement of bonded walls in one plane with great contacting by end faces.
