FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: device for measurement of displacement and deformation of objects includes laser with pumping unit and facility for change of its resonator length, heterobrachial optical interferometer with reflector that is connected with object under investigation, and unit for registration of interferogram shifts. Facility for change of laser resonator length is arranged in the form of resonator casing temperature regulator, in which thermal sensors are installed that are connected to temperature control unit. Unit of interferogram shift registration is arranged in the form of proportional detector of interferogram shifts within the boundaries of ±n (n=1, 2, 3...) of its periods, and its outlet is connected via integrating amplifier with control inlet of resonator casing temperature controller. Resonator casing temperature regulator is the laser pumping unit equipped with control inlet for regulation of pumping capacity. Resonator casing temperature regulator is arranged in the form of heating element, which is installed on laser casing and connected via power amplifier with integrating amplifier. Device additionally contains temperature regulator of heterobrachial optical interferometer casing, the second power amplifier and the second integrating amplifier. At that temperature regulator of interferometer casing is connected through power amplifier and integrating amplifier to the outlet of unit of interferogram shift registration.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and expansion of dynamic range of displacement and deformation measurement.
