SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to facilities of diagnostics and may be used in bearing industry for control of finished products by comparison of vibration characteristics of tested bearing models and bearing that serves as working standard, with preset mathematic model of standard introduced in computer device of control, monitoring and diagnostics complex. Three types of loads - radial, axial and tangential - are applied to tested bearings in process of rotation in three speed modes, at that loads are created during rotation of shaft-rotor by biplanar asynchronous electric motors, at that imbalance is created with the help of static and dynamic imbalance elements installed on shaft-rotor.

EFFECT: provision of fast and valid obtainment of diagnostics results.
