SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to methods of blood testing, to analysis of thrombocyte functional activity and coagulation ability of blood plasma. Optical method of simultaneously analysed thrombocyte aggregation and plasma coagulation time is offered. Method is realised as follows. Mixed thrombocytes and blood plasma are constantly stirred. Parallel light beam is passed through this mixture. Light beam passed through the sample in certain direction is separated. Mixture is added with agent inducing cell aggregation and plasma coagulation. Parameters of separated light beam are measured. Simultaneous analysis of thrombocyte aggregation and plasma coagulation time of the same sample allows for more precise and affective evaluation of blood coagulation.

EFFECT: more precise and affective evaluation of blood coagulation.
