FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to surveillance facilities for monitoring of Earth atmosphere condition from space and may be used for obtainment of information about earth atmosphere condition. Wave modulations of atmosphere own emission are registered from space aircraft, which are provided by passage through the secondary ozone layer. For that purpose the secondary ozone layer is photographed at the height of not more than 90 km in limb and nadir in environs of morning or evening terminator. For filming video camera of CCD is used, which is installed in space aircraft, with optical filters that correspond to atmospheric stripe of oxygen in stripe of molecular oxygen. Produced images are processed according to special program that detects wave modulations of atmosphere and their characteristics.
