FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building. Battery-wheel cultivator with gear drives with rotating blades contains a trailed frame with a double-row arrangement of battery-wheel gear drives with rotating working blades thereon. In the front of the frame, a common traction is installed at the center at a swivel joint and with a trailed front end. Hydraulic cylinder mounted on one end of the hinge on the rod, and the other end of the hinge with a rod on the top of the frame and serves to raise and lower the entire frame of the cultivator relative to the soil surface. Two support wheels and a second hydraulic cylinder are mounted on the back of the frame, which is attached by its stem to a beam having a roll-in roller. Hydraulic cylinders are mounted on the edges of the frame on two common rails with posts with spring protection and gear drives with rotating working blades at their lower ends. In two rows of the frame on the battery shafts of square cross-section, gear units with rotating blades rotatably driven through large gears for each gear unit mounted with a square hole on a square battery shaft, are installed through one working interval and which are permanently engaged its teeth with small gears, mounted on its square neck in each axis in the bearing housing. Complete replaceable working blade is fixed on the axis of the bearing housing in its mounting flange together with the flange microvibration gasket. Stand is mounted at each end of the battery shaft, fixed by the upper end on the side frame beam, and the lower end is mounted with a bearing housing with a square hole rotating sleeve and with its mounting flange on the front end, fitted and fixed at each end of the square battery shaft. Driving wheels are fixed to the mounting case flange on the four sides of the frame, which, when moving forward and due to their reactive adhesion to the ground, drive the battery shafts with gear assemblies and working blades into rotation.
EFFECT: ensured improvement of equipment.
