SUBSTANCE: plaque, residuals of subdingival tartar and granulation tissues are removed by an erbium laser ray with 80 mJ radiating power, 8 Hz impulse frequency, λ=2.94 Hm wave length in the SSP mode. Irregularities and lacunes of the tooth root damaged cement are simultaneously asepticized and sealed by a neodymium laser ray in the VSP mode, with 300 mkm fiber diameter, 1.0 W radiating power, 15 Hz impulse frequency, λ=1064 Hm wave length. Then, a closed curettage is performed by a neodymium laser ray in the VSP mode, with 200 mkm fiber diameter, 2.0 W radiating power, 20 Hz impulse frequency, λ=1064 Hm wave length.
EFFECT: reduction of therapy traumatic rate, time of tooth root surface treatment and optimization of periodontium tissue regeneration process.
