FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device contains wave conductor and striker, hydraulic generator of pulses and fabricated mandrel. Fabricated mandrel is arranged in the form of coaxially installed parts for billet processing with tension: motionless part that has cylindrical surface and movable part that has conical surface. Motionless part is rigidly fixed on wave conductor. Movable part is installed on the mentioned motionless part with the help of set of leaf springs under the condition of provision of its swinging and alternating movement in relation to longitudinal axis. At that fabricated mandrel is arranged under the condition of equal tension distribution in processing of billet surface between its motionless and movable parts.

EFFECT: expansion of technological resources and increase of processing quality and accuracy.
