FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bore burnishing. Proposed device comprises burnishing tool, hydraulic pulse generator with waveguide and hammer and two fixed struts to support supporting plate. Hydraulic pulse generator case houses braking chamber. Said generator is fixed on slides. Burnishing tool is mounted to displace on slides. Burnishing tool pulling end is equipped with compression spring. Driven slides displace in guides to transmit static load via holder pulling end to burnishing tool. Pulsed load from aforesaid generator is transmitted to opposite pushing end of burnishing tool holder via waveguide and hammer.
EFFECT: deeper hardened surface layer, higher efficiency.
