SUBSTANCE: strip for document protection contains bottom layer on which practically completely metal areas and practically completely transparent areas are arranged lengthways at multiply recurring alternation. Practically completely metal areas are arranged so that to provide between them practically completely transparent areas in horizontal direction of strip. Size of these areas is big enough for scale contrast defined as global at protected document level to protect documents combined with the strip from reproduction with photocopying device. Optically active elements connected to practically completely metal areas and/or practically completely transparent areas of strip for scale optical effect defined as detailed smaller than global scale creating contrast effect between practically completely metal areas and practically completely transparent areas at protected document level. Optical effect allows for recognisable sign for identification of specified document. Protected document including such strip is offered as well.
EFFECT: invention allows for higher protection level.
