FIELD: test engineering.
SUBSTANCE: according to method vibration-based diagnostics of technical state of reciprocators on spectral invariants are performed by means of measurement of reciprocator vibration, estimation of amplitude-frequency spectrum of vibration, and evaluation of informative frequency constituents of spectrum, on base of which state of machine is assessed. Vibration is measured at points of a case adjacent to zones of location of diagnosed units of the reciprocator, then informative constituents are selected in form of harmonic components of repetition rate of a complete cycle of the reciprocator, then their dispersions are assessed, the complex of harmonic components is formed and spectral invariants are evaluated in form of ratio of dispersions of corresponding complexes of harmonic components.
EFFECT: upgraded validity of diagnostics.
