SUBSTANCE: drinks preparation device incorporates water vessel communicating with water feed chamber, chamber watery outlet device comprising piston with its rod arranged inside the aforesaid chamber, the chamber water filling device comprising an expanding spring to translate the said piston in the chamber. The drinks preparation device comprises also a compressed gas vessel and a three-way valve to apply pressure on to the piston to empty the chamber and a channel feeding water from the chamber and into the extraction head. The valve, when in the first position, communicates the chamber with atmosphere, and, in the second position, it allows gas to come in the chamber. The valve position change-over is effected by the expanded spring.
EFFECT: small weight, possibility of pouring proportioned drinks into cups without deteriorating their flavor.
