FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: perform semigetting discission a nasal septum from the left side with length of 25-30 mm with transition to a fundus of the nose. Perform discission of a quadrangular cartilage with a space of 3-4 mm from a semigetting discission from top to bottom back to the point lying on a palatine crest and spaced from a forward bottom nasal spine at 5-6 mm back. Perform excision of the bent part of cartilaginous and osteal departments of the nasal septum with additional conservation of a part of a joint of the quadrangular cartilage with a palatine crest throughout 5-6 mm from a forward bottom nasal spine. Perform reimplantation the simulated of the quadrangular cartilage.
EFFECT: method allows to prevent ptosis of tip of nose in the postoperative period.
