FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ferrous metallurgy and directed to receiving of agglomerate with defined properties, including its smelting in blast furnace together with pellets. Mixture for agglomerate production contains iron-ore concentrates in ore part, consisting of ferric oxide and waste rock, and also flux, fuel and iron-flux containing wastes of metallurgical manufacturing. In the capacity of one of wastes kinds in aggloburden there are used preliminary mixed converter dross and steel-smelting scrap with receiving dross - scrap mixture. Ratio of converter dross and steel-smelting scrap in mixture is determined as equal to 60:40%, 50:50% and 40:60% properly at aggloburden basicity and concentrate part with magnesia waste rock on mixture with concentrate with siliceous waste rock in the range 1.25-1.40 units and 30-35%, 1.41-1.65 units and 36-45%, 1.66-1.80 units and 46-50%. At that dross - scrap mixture is introduced in the amount of 30-70 kg/t of aggloburden, reducing consumption of agglomeration fuel in equivalent 0.04-0.05% of carbon content in mixture per each 10 kg/t of aggloburden of rising part of dross - scrap mixture in it. Invention provides at collateral smelting of aggloburden and pellets to save chark till 1.5 kg/t of cast iron with simultaneously saving solid aggloburden fuel 1.2 kg/t of agglomerate.
EFFECT: providing saving of chark and solid aggloburden fuel at aggloburden and pellets collateral smelting.
