FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and particularly - to agglomerating of blast-furnace raw material by agglomeration method with drawing into materials repartition, containing detrimental impurities. It is implemented charge preparation, containing of iron-ore concentrates, flux, fuel and wastes of metallurgical manufacture, including zinc-containing sladge. While preparation of aggloburden by means of premixing or during the process of batching it is provided direct contact of zinc-bearing materials to mixture of converter slag and steel-smelting scrap. Additionally percentage of sludge and slag-scrap mixture is established equal to (5-25)%:(95-75)% correspondingly, changing sludge portion inversely increasing of zinc oxide content in it in the range 0.15-1.75%. At simultaneous usage in aggloburden zinc-containing iron-ore concentrate and sludge, sludge is introduced in it in amount 2-15 kg/t of agglomerate inversely increasing of zinc-containing concentrate portion.

EFFECT: increasing removing degree of zinc during the process of sintering, increasing of efficiency of recoverable resources in charge.
