SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics. Method of gestosis development prediction in the third trimester of pregnancy associated with previous influenza A(H3N2) in the first trimester of pregnancy complicated with miscarriage threat is realised through determination of point number representing degree of miscarriage clinical signs intensity (A), catarrhal syndrome duration (B). Anti-influenza antibody content is evaluated in paired blood serum, thus indicator is presented with antibody level in second serum (C). Maximum temperature is evaluated within first 4 days of disease (N). Gestosis development is predicted by discriminant equation: D =-3.627×A-2.537×B+0.028×C-0.721×N, where D is discriminant function of limit value 36.28. If D is less than limit value, gestosis development is predicted in the third trimester of pregnancy, and D value equal or more than limit indicates normal gestation of the third trimester.
EFFECT: provided higher accuracy and simplification of gestosis development prediction in the third trimester of pregnancy associated with influenza A(H3N2) in the first trimester of gestation complicated with miscarriage threat.
