FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: women in the first trimester of gestation for influenza A (H3N2) during the height of the disease, the titer of antiviral antibodies (A) is determined in the first serum, the level of TNF-α (Pg/ml) (B). Further, establish the concentration of the free β-subunit of the chorionic gonadotropin (MIU/ml) in the scores (1 point - more than 61 mIU/ml, 2 points - 60-36 mIU/ml, 3 points - 35 mIU/ml and less) (C), determine the content of progesterone (nmol/L) in points (1 point - more than 53 nmol/l, 2 points - 52-30 nmol/l, 3 points - 29 nmol/l and less) (E). Using the discriminant equation, the value of the discriminant function D=-0.168×A-0.119×B-0.250×C-3.019×E, where D is the boundary value of the discriminant function, equal to -14.86. If D is greater or equal to the limiting value, the absence of the threat of miscarriage in the first trimester of pregnancy for influenza A (H3N2) during the convalescence is predicted. When D is less than the limiting value of the discriminant function, the development of the threat of miscarriage in women in the first trimester of pregnancy with influenza A (H3N2) during the convalescence is predicted.
EFFECT: use of the method makes it possible to predict the risk of miscarriage for influenza A in women in the first trimester of pregnancy with high accuracy.
