SUBSTANCE: carry out biomicroscopical research of a forward segment of an eye. Perform calculation of time of a pupillary cycle (TPC) and vasotonometry in anterior ciliary arteries (ACA). At elongation of TPC from above 2000 ms in a combination to pressure decrease in ACA below 44.2 mm of mercury, prognosticate possibility of ruptures of a capsule of a lens and ligament of Zinn.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of predicting complication of surgery of cataract at patients with a pseudo-exfoliative syndrome.
