FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: method includes surgical hermetic sealing of a penetrating wound of sclera by means of sutures and the subsequent introduction of a temporary suture over a debrided wound under capsula Tenoni with the changing volume. The seal frames an eyeball compression. After formation of chorioretinal commissure and normalisation of an ophthalmotonus, compression is reduced, and a pressure source is taken out.
EFFECT: dense adhering of internal covers and local squeesing of vessels; reduction of traction and probability of retina amotio; depression of postoperative complications and simplification of bracing of a seal.
