SUBSTANCE: vehicle brake drive booster incorporates main braking cylinder and air booster. The air booster follower consists of first-diameter minor-length cylindrical rear part and rear end face with central bore for balance piston to slide therein, the said piston second diameter being smaller than the first one and its length smaller than that of the said central bore. At that the aforesaid piston rear end face forms a movable balance wall the air booster follower includes also the front cylindrical part of a certain length, the said part third diameter being smaller than the second diameter and being furnished with a collar whereon a helical spring thrusts. The other end of the aforesaid spring thrusts upon, at least, one lengthwise ledge of the balance piston that passes through the follower rear end hole to force the piston into its initial position. The piston minimum OD front part is arranged inside the main braking cylinder main piston rear end. At that the balance piston second diameter features larger size.
