FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydro metallurgy of non-ferrous metals and can be implemented at processing of concentrates, industrial products and solid wastes, containing non-ferrous metals. The purpose of the invention is developing of efficient method of selective extraction of metals out of materials of a complex composition. The method of extraction of ions of iron, zinc, copper and manganese out of containing them material includes sulphur acid leaching and combined hydrolytic sedimentation of ions of extracted metals out of a solution with addition of oxidant. At sulphur acid leaching chelates are added which create stable well solvent complexes with ions of extracted metals in acid mediums. Leaching is carried out at pH less, than 3, sediment is subject to sulphur acid dissolving after hydrolytic sedimentation with successive selective extraction of metal ions from a produced solution.
EFFECT: intensifying of leaching process and upgrading of purity of produced metals at their selective extraction.
