SUBSTANCE: method involves selection of target track; selection of potential down reflection point for selected target track; calculation of at least one required mean point, distance and azimuth at explosion side and at least one required mean point, distance and azimuth at receiver side on the basis of selected target track and potential down reflection point, where required mean point, distance and azimuth at explosion side define required track at explosion side, and required mean point, distance and azimuth at receiver side define required track at receiver side; defining of registered track couple closest to required explosion side track and receiver side track; convolution of registered track couple; repetition of the stages described above for all potential down reflection points for each target rack; and generalisation of convolution sets for each target track.
EFFECT: reliable elimination of logs of multiple waves reflected from surface from seismic registration for seismic data processing.
