FIELD: integral microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: reader based on charge-coupled devices has matrix of input gears, each including input diffusion region of conductance type opposite to that of substrate and input collection gate and transfer gate arranged on dielectric layer which form a network of charge-coupled elements. Input collection gates are connected to common control wires. For increase of sensitivity and provision for primary processing of signals reader has in addition in focal plane two multioutput commutators and in each line two MIS transistors. Each input matrix gear is supplemented with gate and diffusion region. Transfer gate and diffusion region form a network of charge-coupled elements. Transfer gates are electrically connected to proper output of first commutator, additional gates to drain of first additional MIS transistor which gate is electrically linked to corresponding output of second commutator and source to second common reading wire, output diffusion reading wires to second MIS transistor which gate is electrically connected to gate of first MIS transistor and source to second common reading wire.
