FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio technology and ultra high frequency diode commutation devices based on microstrips, and can be applied in UHF receivers and transmitters. Technical result is extended decoupling due to larger diode number and reduced device size due to the use of shorter microstrip sections. Invention claims single-pole switch with two positions, where three consequent pin codes are used in each leg for decoupling extension. In addition, each leg includes two additional current-carrying conductor sections in the form of broken loops of approx. 1/8th of wave length in microstrip at the upper frequency in work band. Loops are connected to diode output connection points. Thus, open switch leg is a low frequency filter.
EFFECT: conditioning within work frequency range.
