FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of thermal recycling of worn-out tyres and mechanical rubber goods in the medium of recirculating pyrolysis gases in reactor at the temperature of 200-500°C, with separation of pyrolysis products with the help of separation device, in which pyrolysis products - gaseous carbohydrates from C1 to C4 - from separation device are supplied into bottom part of reactor, and smoke gases that exit reactor fire box are passed through heat exchanger installed inside reactor, for heating of recirculating gases and recycled material, and at that supplied into bunker for heating of ground material contained in it. As fuel for preparation of combustion products gaseous or liquid pyrolysis carbohydrates are used. Pressure of recirculating gases supplied into bottom part of reactor is periodically changed in time, and pressure of pyrolysis products discharge from reactor top part is maintained constant, which provides periodic change of threshold pressure in every point of recycled material in process of pyrolysis in reactor.

EFFECT: increase of interaction of recirculating gases of pyrolysis in reactor with recycled material in the form of worn-out tyres or mechanical rubber products crumb; reduction of products recycling duration and improvement of recycling quality.
