SUBSTANCE: in arylpiperazinyl compounds of general formula , where R₁ is unsubstituted alkyl or cycloalkyl; R₂ and R₃ independently hydrogen; lower alkyl; cycloalkyl; or -NR₄R₅, where R₄ and R₅ independently represent H, O, R₆ or COR₆, where R₆ can represent lower alkyl or sulfonamidoalkyl; on condition that R₂ and R₃ both are not hydrogen; -atoms designated as bound with dotted line, taken together with atoms, to which they are joined, can form six-member ring; - Z represents N or C; - m equals 0, 1 or 2; - n equals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; - p equals 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4. Compounds can be used for treatment of diseases, mediated directly or indirectly by 5-HT receptors. Such diseases are disorders of central nervous system.
