FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to processing of coal in assemblies with boiling layer for production of coke product, and also for processing of number of economic hydrocarbon sorbents and catalysts for production of qualitative metallurgical coke. Processed product can be employed in power engineering, metallurgy and as a fuel in communal services. Crushed coal is continuously fed via a feeder into a reactor of a boiling layer. Through a gas distributing grid primary air is supplied into a boiling layer for liquation and ensuring thermo-oxidation processes. Thermo-oxidation treatment of coal is performed in the reactor of boiling layer. Time of treatment is set as constant. Volume of boiling layer is regulated by means of transfer of an overflow wall of the reactor of boiling layer in vertical direction or by means of changing the transfer capacity of a drainage device of the boiling layer reactor, or by changing the efficiency of coke product output device.
EFFECT: facilitating possibility to change efficiency of coal treatment process and optimisation of heat energy generation by boiler-utiliser.
