FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: method of plasma-coal lighting up of pulverised-coal boiler and flame stabilisation includes supply of pulverised air-coal mixture to chambers of thermo-chemical fuel preparation for two plasma-coal burners, low-temperature plasma generation in plasmatron of each burner, plasma jet supply to thermo-chemical preparation chamber of each burner, air-coal mixture inflammation by plasma and production of fuel mixture in thermo-chemical preparation chamber in each of two burners as a result of part of coal combustion and all air-coal mixture heating until combustible components are released and partial gasification of coke residue is occurred. Method also includes supply of fuel mixture from both burners to boiler furnace, secondary air supply from burners to furnace forming two burning jets. Produced in both burners jets are combined into one when they enter furnace at a distance no more than 5d from outlet end of each burner, where d is a inner diameter of plasma coal burner channel, from which fuel mixture runs into furnace. Besides part of pulverised-coal air mixture flow of the given burner is supplied to thermo-chemical preparation chamber of each burner. The remaining part will be injected to burner mixing chamber where it is mixed with fuel mixture supplied from thermo-chemical preparation chamber of the given burner. As a result of partial coal burning the second part of air-coal mixture is heated until combustible components are released from coal and partial gasification of coke residue is occurred. After that fuel mixture produced in both burners mixing chambers, is supplied to coiler furnace.

EFFECT: reliable and stable lighting up of boiler or jet support and preservation of comfortable operational conditions.
