SUBSTANCE: methods of influence of N-(3-methoxy-5-methylpyrasine-2-silt)-2-(4[1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-silt]phenyl)pyridine-3-sulphamide or its pharmaceutically comprehensible salt at treatment of a malignant neoplasm, at reduction of an atypical proliferation of malignant cells, for provocation of differentiations of malignant cells, for provocation of apoptosis in malignant cells, the way of antiangiogenic influence aimed at vessels, in blood vessels of malignant cells at a warm-blooded animal (versions), such as the person, a way of suppression of metastasises in bones and the invasion inhibitions, corresponding ways of treatment and prevention of metastasises and an invasion. The substance was known earlier as an inhibitor of endothelin-1 (ET-1).
EFFECT: efficiency on all declared applications concerning an ovary cancer.
