FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to the design of crank press brakes designed to absorb the energy of the press clutch after it is disengaged and to hold the actuator with the drive at the position corresponding to the slider top position. The proposed brake comprises casing, pressure plate, pneumatic piston, braking springs, cover, packing and main pneumatic compressor. A reduction gear assembly with a pressure pneumatic cylinder is articulated to the casing. A friction roller is fitted on the reduction gear input shaft to get into contact with the braking plate fitted on the driving shaft, the reduction gear output shaft is coupled with the induction generator shaft. The induction gear output shaft is coupled with the additional service lubricant pump arranged in parallel to the main like pump.
EFFECT: exploiting braking energy by means of service lubricant pump.
