FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to design of brakes of crank presses intended for absorption of energy of moving elements of press actuator structure and driven part of clutch. Crank press brake comprises recuperative generator and flywheel connection device. Device for connecting the generator to the flywheel is made in the form of a movable balance beam equipped with an inlet and outlet drive, besides, on balancer there are also two generators fixed, outputs of stator windings of which are connected to circuit of switching from parallel connection to series connection.
EFFECT: more complete recuperation due to increase in the electric gear ratio to the end of the cycle, recuperative braking is achieved, which makes it possible to utilize braking energy and return it to the network, at the same time compensating as much as possible the reduction of energy generation as braking.
