SUBSTANCE: preserves for cosmic nutrition are prepared in the following way: mutton is cut, fried in melted butter and minced with chopper, carrots, tomatoes and onion are cut, browned in melted butter and minced with chopper, potato, alycha, vegetable pepper and bitter pepper, garlic is blanched and grated, greens are frozen and minced with chopper, the above components are mixed with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomasses of the specified kind of micromycet, the produced mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetised and sterilised.
EFFECT: characterised by higher digestibility compared to analogous culinary product.
