SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises skates blade heater incorporating a rechargeable storage-battery power supply, a heating element designed to generate heat from power supplied by the aforesaid power source, a circuit to transmit heat from the said element to the blade and electric circuit wired to control electric power feed from the storage battery to the said heating element. Note that the skate's blade forms a contact for connection to the storage battery charging device. The other invention subject covers a set comprising the aforesaid heater and charging device including a contact with the blade.
EFFECT: reduced friction of skates' blades against ice.
