FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: initial material is melted into powder with particle size not more than 2.5 mm, powder is charged into circular pot, pot with filling is located in nitrogen atmosphere at pressure 0.15-12.0 MPa, it is initiated exothermal reaction of formation nitride of titanium, silicon, aluminium by means of local heating of part of initial melt till temperature of reaction beginning and this temperature and pressure are kept till reaction finish in layerwise burning mode with further additional nitriding in behaviour of volumetric burning at pressure 0.15-10 MPa during 0.1-1.5 hours. Received nitrogen-bearing alloy contains, wt %: titanium 10.0-70.0, silicon 0.1-30.0, aluminum 0.3-25.0, nitrogen 9.0-26.0, iron is the rest.
EFFECT: alloy with maximal nitrogen content at full absence of raw losses at nitriding and excluding adverse emissions into environment.
