SUBSTANCE: the radiopharmdrug(RPD) is injected into body and segmental capture of the radiodrug by kidneys is defined. The renal segment viability index is calculated under the following formula: where KS - capture of the radiodrug by each segment of the kidney in thousand impulses for 120 seconds) a background - activity of the "mark" in surrounding tissues in thousand impulses in the zone of interest for 120 seconds, PI - also the activity of the radiodrug in the place of injection, SRb - activity of the RPD in the syringe before injection, SRa - activity of the syringe after radiodrug injection, FC - the factor of the collimator which for the collimator of low energies of the general purpose amounts to 1,3, for the collimator of low energies of the high sanction - 1.0, thus the value of the renal segment viability more than 18 shows the functional adequacy of the remaining segment of the resected kidney. After that the expected index of integrated capture is calculated, being the sum of renal segment viability of contralateral kidneys and left high-grade segments. Decrease of expected index of integrated capture by less than 40 shows high risk of the renal failure in the postoperative period.

EFFECT: possibility to define the optimum volume of operation, avoidance of renal failure occurrence in the postoperative period and monitoring of renal function in postoperative period.
