SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of producing a vaccine associated with colibacillosis, streptococcosis and enterococcal infection of calves and piglets, including the production of antigens by the isolation from diseased organs of calves and piglets of epizootic strains of Escherichia coli producing exotoxins, hemolytic strains Streptococcus bovis and Enterococcus faecalis, cultivation of which is carried out separately on a nutrient broth, while the cultures of Escherichia coli are grown for 7 days, and cultures Streptococcus bovis and Enterococcus faecalis for 24 hours to a concentration of 5–6 billion microbial cells per ml, after which they are inactivated with formalin to a final concentration of 0.3–0.4 % for 14 days, where after formalin inactivation of the antigens, sterilizing filtration of Escherichia coli broth culture is carried out to obtain a cell-free culture medium containing toxins of Escherichia coli, which is mixed with culture media containing cells of hemolytic strains Streptococcus bovis and Enterococcus faecalis, at the following components ratio, mass%: culture medium containing cells of hemolytic strains Streptococcus bovis – 26.0–30.0; culture medium containing cells of hemolytic strains Enterococcus faecalis – 26.0–30.0; cell-free culture medium containing toxins of Escherichia coli is the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase effectiveness of specific prevention of colibacillosis, streptococcosis and enterococcal infection in calves and piglets, to increase the safety and harmlessness of the vaccine.
