SUBSTANCE: method of cans production involves mixing wheat flour, chicken eggs, drinking water and table salt producing dough, its handling, rolling and cutting producing noodles, cutting and sauteeing onions in melted butter, cutting and freezing cilantro, cutting mutton, boiling kidney beans and coffee beans up to double increase in mass, mixing without oxygen access mutton, onions, kidney beans and coffee beans, cilantro, table salt and hot black pepper, packing noodles, obtained mix and bone broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: new cans of increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
