FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by mixing together of wheaten flour and a drinking water with dough reception. It is molded, rolled out and cut, and noodles are received. The frozen greengrocery and onions are cut and browned in tallow drippings, and cheese, smoked mutton and broadtail lard are cut. An onions, greengrocery, mutton, broadtail lard, salt, black bitter pepper and a bay leaf are mixed without oxygen access. The received mix, noodles and a bone broth are packed, hermetic sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: canned food has a raised comprehensibility.
