SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing technology of meat-and-plant canned food. The method involves mixing wheat flour, drinking water, chicken eggs and table salt resulting in dough, its proofing, rolling and cutting to produce khinkal, cutting and frying mutton in melted butter, cutting and sauteing onion in melted butter, cutting and freezing cilantro, grating cheese. Mutton, onion, cilantro, cheese, lemon juice, table salt and black pepper are mixed without oxygen access. The obtained mix, khinkal and bone broth are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
