SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by mixing wheat flour, drinking water, chicken eggs and table salt resulting in dough, its proofing, rolling and cutting to produce khinkal, cutting and frying mutton in melted butter, cutting and sautéing onion in melted butter, cutting and freezing cilantro, grating bryndza, mixing without oxygen access mutton, onion, cilantro, bryndza, lemon juice, table salt and black pepper, packing khinkal, the obtained mix and bone broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: increased digestibility.
