FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: cartridge for medical spokes and instruments contains case with working channel, connecting bush, spring-actuated loose leaf with tool channel, mobile roller stoppers with circular working dredging and moving terminator of the spring-actuated loose loose leaf in the form of bush. The connecting bush, is placed in the case with rotation and interaction possibility internal clamping grooves with mobile roller stoppers. The mobile roller stoppers are located in referring grooves of the spring-actuated loose leaf. The tool channel of the spring-actuated loose leaf is connected with referring grooves and with the working channel. The bush has elements of mobile demountable bond and carving. The bush is bridged by a carving to an external surface of the spring-actuated loose leaf. With the case the bush is interconnected by elements of mobile demountable bond in the form of, at least, four diametrically located strait-sided or evolvent spline with a centering on external diameter. The length of a prominence of every spline on the bush makes ¼-½ of length of the corresponding spline groove on an internal surface of case.

EFFECT: improved interaction of spokes fixed in cartridge and instruments with processed tissues, exception of radial palpation of cartridge and stable position of elements making it at their mutual shift.
